Description
We are a home on the mountain for our guests, but also for our team, and both we as a family and our long-standing employees create a good working atmosphere.
For the coming summer season 2025 (and also for the winter season 2025/26) we are looking for a Salad Chef (m/f/d) for our hotel restaurant.
Responsibilities / main tasks
- Support of the kitchen crew (salad area)
- Preparation and cooking of salads for our half-board restaurant (salad buffet)
- Knowledge of the dishes on offer and how they are prepared
- careful and responsible handling of food and the various raw materials
- Compliance with and assurance of operational standards
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- Experience as a cook
- good language skills in English (kitchen language), German an advantage
- independent and motivated work, willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure, reliability and ability to work in a team
