What tasks can you expect with us?
- Responsibility for the proper preparation, specified quantities and decorative presentation of food as well as for the quality and control of all food in the entire kitchen area
- Co-organization and ensuring the proper flow of goods in the kitchen, cold stores and all warehouses
- Contributing to the creation of new menu plans and optimizing operational processes in consultation with the supervisor
- Mise en place
- Compliance with hygiene and safety measures for the HACCP concept
- Training and education of apprentices, trainees and new colleagues
Requirements
What requirements/qualifications should you have?
- Successfully completed vocational training/apprenticeship as a chef
- Fluent German language skills
- Several years of professional & management experience in the upscale hotel industry
- Creativity and passion for your profession
- Good communication skills
- A high degree of flexibility, reliability and resilience
- Knowledge of food laws and regulations
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Teamwork and management of employees
- Language skills
German
