Receptionist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a friendly face with brains, a host with heart, a hard-working, resilient all-rounder. We are looking for you! Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will process inquiries and bookings and look after our guests on site. You will also manage the cash register and be responsible for check-in and check-out as well as the registration forms. You will maintain and check the data in the Protel reservation system, work with the hotelkit program and help create lists for other departments. Lost property is also part of your area of responsibility.
