Description
From the end of June, we are looking for a vacation expert, an eloquent host with a flair for people and a leader with heart, brain and passion. As a receptionist, you are primarily responsible for the smooth flow of information in the hotel and the well-being of our guests. In addition to the classic reception activities, you will also take care of accounts receivable, travel agency quotas, the duty roster for you and your team, taking minutes at department head meetings and complaints management.
Requirements
Knowledge of the programs Protel, ABM V5 and hotelkit an advantage. Full-blooded host. An eye for detail. Organized.
