Description
As a housekeeper, you manage a team of three chambermaids and lend a hand yourself. You create the duty rosters for your employees and train new team members. One of your most important tasks is to check the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas of our hotel. All laundry is also washed in-house. However, you will have an extra colleague to take care of this. You are also responsible for ordering goods for your work area and managing complaints and lost property. As a housekeeper, you will take part in department manager meetings and document your work in the hotelkit program.
Requirements
You have several years of seasonal experience in housekeeping and ideally have previously managed a small team. You know how to distribute the work in order to work as efficiently as possible and avoid idle time. You work well under time and physical pressure. You manage to motivate your team every day and promote team spirit.
