Description
As a kitchen assistant, you are responsible for hygiene, cleanliness and cleaning in the kitchen, cold store and warehouse. Preparing breakfast and looking after the buffet are also part of your duties, as is supporting the chef with the regeneration of food. As a kitchen assistant at Hotel Lohmann, you will work in a small, well-coordinated team. You may also be required to work in the scullery and occasionally in our See You restaurant next door.
