We are strengthening our team with a CHILD & TEEN SUPERVISOR (m/f/d) from May 26, 2025

Your tasks

• Professional care & animation for our young guests (from 3 years)
• Organization & implementation of a varied weekly program in the children's area
  • Supervision in the children's club of creative craft lessons & exciting games
  • Accompanying children on outdoor activities such as horse riding, walks and outdoor discovery tours & gondola rides on the Penkenberg
• Organization & implementation of a varied weekly program in the teen area
  • Accompanying young people to cool outdoor activities such as escape rooms, go-karting, laser tag, etc.
  • Supervision in the hotel's own action park with trail park, ball sports hall, trampolines & skate ramp
  • Encouraging team spirit, a sense of adventure and sporting ambition in young people
• Ensuring a safe environment in which children and young people feel comfortable
• Bring our STOCKI mascot to life & dance with the children (max. 15 minutes)
• Contact person for our young guests & their parents

Your profile

• Warm, adventurous & sporty - they make children's eyes light up & inspire young people!
• Flexible & responsible - you always stay on top of things, even during action-packed activities
• Friendliness & love for the job - you appreciate working with children & young people
• Interest in new things - open to trends & innovative leisure activities
• Pedagogical training or experience in child/youth care an advantage
• Creativity in the design of activities & programs
• First aid knowledge, especially for outdoor activities, desirable.
• Ability to work in a team & excellent communication skills
• B Driving license
