Location: STOCK *****s resortGuest capacity: approx. 300Number of employees: approx. 180, including 6 in the bar area
Your tasks
- Management of the STOCK Bar & its team at the highest level
- Attentive & cordial care of our guests
- Competent beverage advice & active sales
- Active cooperation with the restaurant management
- Creation of innovative cocktails, excellent preparation of classic drinks
- Motivation & training of a dedicated bar team
- Creation of the bar menu in collaboration with the bar team
- Professional handling of guest feedback & complaints
- Responsibility for the daily control of the cash balance
- Duty rostering & efficient process coordination for maximum service quality
- Checking the cleanliness of the bar & compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Active cooperation in front of and behind the bar
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a bar manager or head bartender in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
- Enjoy working with people & love the profession
- Sound specialist knowledge of spirits and wines
- Passion for high-quality drinks, trends & first-class service
- Leadership skills & team spirit with an open charisma & charming communication skills
- Enjoying creativity to develop new recipes
- Organizationstalent
- Business management knowledge
- Communication talent & confident appearance
- Well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
