Your tasks

• Processing incoming vacation requests and reservations by e-mail and telephone
• Cordial vacation advice by telephone
• Various administrative tasks in the reservation department
• Working with Protel, ReGuest & MS Office

Your profile

• Professional experience in this or a similar position
• Very good German expression
• Good knowledge of English
• Sovereignty on the phone
• Independent work
• Organizationstalent
