Your tasks
- Processing incoming vacation inquiries & reservations from guests by e-mail & telephone
- Cordial vacation advice by telephone
- Various administrative tasks in the reservation department
- Working with Protel, ReGuest & MS Office
Your profile
- Professional experience in this or a similar position
- Very good German expression
- Good knowledge of English
- Sovereignty on the phone
- Independent work
- Organizationstalent
