RECEPTIONIST/ IN Employee reception (m/f/d)

Description
We are looking for motivated employees to join our reception team with immediate effect on a full-time 40h/week basis, with flexible working hours. As a receptionist, you are the calling card of our hotel and your work plays a valuable role in ensuring that guests feel comfortable in our hotel. Requirements
YOUR TASKS:
- Check-in and check-out of our guests
- Telephone advice & processing of reservation requests and preparation of offers
- Friendly and courteous demeanor towards our guests
- Daily keeping of lists and reports as well as shift handover
- Acceptance and customer-oriented handling of guest requests and complaints
- Cash register management and invoicing
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Coordination with housekeeping, kitchen, event and service
YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Ideally hotel management training or professional experience at reception or in a comparable position
- Fluent written and spoken German, business fluent in English
- PC skills, MS Office, Fidelio skills are an advantage
- Willingness to serve, ability to work in a team, discretion
- own quality standards and empathy for guest wishes
- Well-groomed appearance
- Language skills
