Description
We are looking for a full-time 25h/week, with flexible working hours, personnel officer to join our team with immediate effect. As a personnel officer, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and applicants. With empathy, competence and an open ear, you will make a significant contribution to the positive working atmosphere, support our teams in all personnel matters and act as a competent interface between the management and the various departments of the hotel. Do you enjoy dealing with personnel issues, recruiting and keeping a cool head even in hectic times? Are you already familiar with the hotel and catering business and are you communicative? Requirements
YOUR TASKS:
-Supporting and advising employees and managers on all personnel-related issues
-Implementation of the entire recruitment process: from job advertisement, pre-selection and interviews to the registration of employees in all relevant systems and Gastromatic
-preparatory payroll accounting and close cooperation with the tax office
-Preparation of employment contracts, references and other personnel-related documents
-Interface with the recruitment agency and Mktg
YOU BRING WITH YOU:
-completed commercial training, preferably with further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
-Professional experience in human resources and therefore basic knowledge of labor and works constitution law as well as social security and payroll tax law
-confident handling of the common MS Office programs
-high level of service orientation and discretion
