WEDDING PLANNER Employee Event Management (m/f/d)

Wedding planning - your passion:

• You conduct consultations and negotiations on the phone as well as in person in a warm, charming and goal-oriented manner and take great pleasure in creating individual offers.
• You keep track of inquiries and support the capacity-optimized sale of our event rooms, possible additional services such as pop-ups or glass houses.
• You know our event locations, prices and the hotel so well that you can give our guests the best possible advice.
• Lots of inquiries at once, the phone rings and a wedding couple still has questions about the "most beautiful day of their lives"? You coordinate and prioritize your tasks independently
• You are a reliable interface to the kitchen, service, marketing and other service providers and create the function sheet
• You support our sales team in acquiring new wedding couples and service providers for our wedding portal
• On the day of the event, you are the contact person and process coordinator and ensure that the event runs smoothly with a helping hand and a cool head

THIS IS HOW YOU SCORE POINTS WITH US:

• A completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry and/or a relevant degree with practical experience in the hotel industry. Alternatively, you have completed training/studies in the field of event management.
• Professional experience in event sales and/or group reservations, ideally in the upscale hotel industry.
• Friendly and confident manner and very good negotiating skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Independent and results-oriented way of working, organizational talent and sense of responsibility.
• Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of Fidelio Suite8 is an advantage.
