Requirements
Tasks:
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Personal service & advising our guests
- Guest-oriented handling of complaints
- Accepting table reservations and creating the table plan
- Creation of duty rosters
- Instructing the service staff
- Supervision and completion of all work processes in the restaurant
- Managing and developing the restaurant team
- Responsible for the cash register and accounting system
We expect
- Proficiency in at least two foreign languages
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (restaurant with over 200 seats)
- Very good knowledge of wine & spirits
- Exemplary manners & leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work creatively and independently
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure & punctuality
