We would like you to have the following qualifications for the position of Chef de Partie/Tournant:

  • Completed vocational training (final apprenticeship examination) with at least 2 years of professional experience in the catering industry
  • Very good food knowledge and a high standard of hygiene
  • Independent work and organization as instructed by the head chef
  • very good German and English
  • Team spirit and loyalty to your kitchen team and the Seitenalm
  • Willingness to work between 09:30 and 21:00 on a full-time or part-time basis.
