We are looking for an office clerk or HGA to strengthen our back office team, who is committed and enthusiastic about helping our guests have an unforgettable vacation.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

As an employee in the back office, you make a significant contribution to guest satisfaction and the economic success of the hotel. You will ensure a smooth booking process and help to create unforgettable stays. Your main tasks will include processing inquiries & bookings, advising guests personally on room categories, arrangements and additional services as well as creating offers and individual packages.

DEIN PROFILE

To become part of our team, you should have the following qualifications:

✔️Deutsch spoken and written (German C2 level mandatory requirement)

✔️Hotel & hospitality industry training (HGA), office clerk or comparable professional experience

✔️Kommunikationsstärke, friendliness and a solution-oriented working style

✔️PC knowledge (MS-Office) is a mandatory requirement, knowledge of reservation software (e.g. Elite) is an advantage

✔️Wiedereinsteiger:innen and career changers welcome
