Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
- You are currently a sous-chef and ready for the next step or already have experience as a head chef
- Completed training as a chef & several years of professional experience in the catering/hotel industry
- Creativity and enjoy developing new dishes with a focus on light & healthy seminar cuisine
- High quality awareness
- Team player with strong leadership skills, organizational talent and assertiveness
Good knowledge of costing and cost control
YOUR TASKS
- Management and organization of the entire kitchen operation
- Development of new dishes, meal planning, preparation and presentation
- Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Management, motivation and training of the kitchen team
- Ordering, receiving and stock management
- Cost control and monitoring the use of goods and personnel
- Language skills
