Description
We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie for our Hotel Alpenland in Obertauern from the end of November.
As Chef de Partie, you will support our kitchen team in the implementation of our indulgent half-board and delight our guests with first-class Alpe-Adria culinary delights. You will be responsible for preparing hot and cold dishes that represent both classic Austrian and international cuisine at the highest level.
We offer our guests a generous breakfast buffet, a small à la carte menu at lunchtime, a cake buffet and a small ski snack in the afternoon, and fine 4-course menus of choice with a large salad buffet and a beautiful cheese board in the evening. Weekly themed buffets round off our offer.
Requirements
Great creativity and team spirit on your part are very welcome. We expect good specialist knowledge, motivation, honesty and punctuality as well as loyalty to the company.
Your tasks:
- Independent management of a post
- Preparation of all cold and hot dishes in the context of classic Austrian and international cuisine
- Coordination and consultation with the kitchen management
- Participation in the design of the menu plan
- Preparation of buffets
- Working to the highest quality standards
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
