Your area of responsibility:- Independent management of a post within our kitchen (e.g. meat, fish, vegetables, side dishes)- Preparation of high-quality dishes for buffet, half board & à la carte- Compliance with our quality, hygiene and presentation standards- Guidance of Commis, apprentices and kitchen assistants- Collaboration in menu planning, ordering goods and warehousing
Requirements
What you need:- Completed training as a chef and several years of experience in the upscale hotel/gastronomy industry- Passion for regional, fresh cuisine and new ideas- Sense of responsibility, team spirit and organizational talent- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays- Interest in working with the in-house farm
