Requirements
Your area of responsibility:
- Supporting the Chef de Rang in the daily service process (breakfast, dinner service, à la carte)- Looking after and advising our guests with friendliness and competence- Preparation and follow-up work in the restaurant and mise-en-place- Active beverage service and serving of food- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
