The Kirchheimerhof is a family-run 4-star superior hotel in a fantastic panoramic location above Bad Kleinkirchheim - with its own farm, creative cuisine and a heart for regionality. We live the values of powerful, cultivated and hearty and are looking for a creative personality for our in-house patisserie.
Your area of responsibility Production of cakes, tarts, desserts and pastries for the daily buffet
- Helping to design dessert creations in the à la carte area and for themed evenings
- Processing regional ingredients - preferably from our own farm
- Responsibility for cleanliness, order and hygiene in the patisserie area
- Collaboration with the kitchen team and support when needed

Requirements
What you bring with you: - Completed training as a confectioner, baker, pastry chef or similar qualification
- Creativity, accuracy and attention to detail
- Enjoy regionality, craftsmanship and working with high-quality ingredients
- Team spirit, reliability and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Language skills
