Hotel & Hospitality Assistant (m/f/d)

We offer you training as a hotel and catering assistant. You will get to know all the important departments of a hotel business, with a focus on commercial training (especially front office, reception, marketing and more). The gastronomic part (service, kitchen) will also be learned. In any case, you can expect an exciting time with lots of new acquaintances and life experiences.

As part of your apprenticeship, you will come into contact with the following areas at the front office: (approx. 75% of your apprenticeship)

• Check-ins & greeting
• Check-outs with billing
• Administrative tasks (daily menus, morning post,...)
• Telephone service, reservation office
• Advice for guests (hikes, ski area,...)
• Ticketing for guests (e.g. for activities)
• Complaint management
• As a front office employee, you are the organizational interface between all departments (housekeeping, kitchen, service, facility management, management)

In the service & kitchen area: (approx. 20% of your training)

• Beverage service
• Serving food and drinks
• Preparation and follow-up work in the restaurant
• Cash register systems
• Wine service
• Knowledge of food management

• various tasks in the kitchen

The remaining 5% of your training:

• Accounting
• Facility management
• Housekeeping
