Requirements
Preparation and creation of dishes for our half-board and day guests, as well as the staff meal Creative development of new recipes, design of menu plans together with the kitchen team Responsibility for compliance and control of HACCP guidelines in his department Good communication with all departments of the hotel Support of the kitchen crew in general Your profile - creative and self-motivated personality with an eye for detail and independent, team player with high social competence and strong organizational skills - completed vocational training as a chef and the willingness to learn new things - high quality & guest orientation, passion for the job Guest orientation, passion for the profession and enjoyment of high-quality food - enjoy creatively developing the range and cooking techniques - resilience, motivation and creativity. You can deal with hectic situations with the necessary calm, responsibility and problem-solving skills - Well-groomed appearance, good manners and a confident manner. - strong communication and intercultural skills - good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
