We are looking for a Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) for our à la carte restaurant directly on Lake Wörthersee from spring 2025. Requirements
What you should bring / requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the catering or hotel industry
- Several years of professional experience in a managerial position
- Organizational talent
- Knowledge of sommelier
- Management, motivation and training of the service team
- Creation of duty rosters and effective personnel management
- Implementation and control of hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP standards
- Active participation in the further development of the gastronomic offer
- Confident appearance and well-groomed appearance
- Foreign language skills advantageous / important
- Language skills
