Description
Your area of responsibility is absolutely varied... - Various administrative office tasks - Reception - Guest service - Check in and check out - Processing of daily booking requests and reservations - Housekeeping and room checks - Seminar support -> Coffee breaks and preparation of seminar rooms individually tailored to our customers and guests - You go through the company with open eyes, do not close your eyes to challenges and sometimes roll up your sleeves
Requirements
As for you, you... - have a self-confident and well-groomed appearance - a penchant for gastronomy and that certain something of craziness :-P - a strong team spirit and commitment - enjoy your work and like working with nice colleagues and guests - ideally have experience in the hotel industry or a sound tourism education - are good with IT systems (Office package, Fidelio,...) - are able to multitask, have a talent for order and are stress-resistant - speak fluent German and have a good command of English
