Requirements
Completed training as a pastry chef or patissier, experience in the production of desserts and baked goods, creativity and a passion for developing new dessert creations. An eye for detail and presentation. Structured and independent way of working and attention to detail. High sense of quality and responsibility. Very good knowledge of HACCP guidelines. Well-groomed appearance. Good knowledge of German Enjoys the job and working in a team Responsible handling of food and operating resources
