Responsible for the smooth running of the patisserie
Responsibility for dessert design for the menus
Preparation of various desserts for menus, buffets and á la carte
Shared responsibility for an optimal production process
Respectful handling of food and work materials
Efficient and cost-conscious work in the kitchen team
Ensuring the quality of the prepared dishes
Compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a chef/pastry chef or in the catering/hotel industry
Experience in a comparable position desired
Comprehensive product and specialist knowledge
Sense of responsibility as well as independence and creativity
Clean and economical as well as independent way of working
Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
