In the midst of a breathtaking mountain panorama, on the outskirts of Obermaiselstein, we combine the amenities of a modern wellness hotel with the qualities of a 4-star hotel with AlpenSpa and a-la-carte restaurant that has been family-run for generations. The Berwanger Hof kitchen with a team of 8, newly renovated kitchen (Dec.2023) is looking for a Chef de Partie. - Your tasks would be
- Preparation of the mise en place
- Preparation and cooking of all dishes in the à la carte and house guest area
- Compliance with hygiene standards

- Independent work, organizational talent with entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, willingness to serve and great interest in a team-oriented way of working
