Description
In the midst of a breathtaking mountain panorama, we combine the amenities of a modern wellness hotel with the qualities of a 4-star hotel with AlpenSpa and a-la-carte restaurant that has been family-run for generations
Start of work immediately or by arrangement. The position is part-time with 16 to 25 hours per week
Requirements
- at the start of work at 6.15 am: setting up the breakfast buffet, serving hot drinks, clearing, taking menu requests for the evening, dismantling the breakfast buffet, replenishing, preparing the restaurant
- Supervision of the service station and contact person for guests
- active sale of food and drinks
- daily set-up of the mise en place
- cleaning the restaurant area together as a team (e.g. dusting, vacuuming, etc.)
