What you bring with you:

• Experience in upscale gastronomy: You have completed kitchen training and have demonstrable experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Team spirit: As Chef de Partie you will be part of a team of talented chefs. Team spirit is essential.
• Quality awareness: We attach great importance to using high-quality ingredients and preparing dishes to the highest standards.
• Organization and efficiency: The ability to organize kitchen operations efficiently and ensure that quality and service are always top notch is paramount.
• Culinary versatility: Experience in different culinary styles and skills in international cuisine are an advantage.
• Languages: We expect a good knowledge of German and English.

Your tasks:

• Management of the post, management of the assigned employees with the utmost care
• Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards specified by the company and the head chef
• Responsibility for a smooth process during the service (teamwork)
• Professional way of working
