Green Foods is a modern food concept that emerged from the Corona crisis at the beginning of 2020. happy food for happy people. The Green Foods Restaurant spoils its guests with an extensive menu, freshly prepared dishes and drinks prepared daily with great attention to detail. Located in Seebruck directly on the beautiful Chiemsee, it has quickly become a popular meeting place at any time of day. The restaurant has 60 seats inside and 80 seats on the sun terrace with a view of the lake. Attached to the restaurant is the QC Quartier Chiemsee, a boutique hotel with ten rooms offering bed and breakfast accommodation.
Requirements
We are looking for a committed leader with a passion for gastronomy who is able to coordinate all processes in the kitchen and service. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our business, effectively lead our kitchen and service staff and actively engage in all tasks in the restaurant area.
- Coordination of all operational processes, including kitchen and service
- Management of the entire operation and employees
- Active involvement in all aspects of the restaurant area
- Advice and support for guests
- Using the cash register system and checking the accounts
- Responsibility for ordering
- Carrying out administrative tasks
- Ensuring compliance with service and hygiene standards
- Supporting the management

- Successfully completed vocational training in the catering sector
- Several years of professional experience in the catering industry
- Ideally initial management experience
