These are your tasks...
- F&B host and representative for the Hotel Gut Brandlhof towards guests, corporate clients and colleagues including hand-on mentality and proactive complaint management
- Responsibility for the operational management, guidance and quality management of the entire F&B area
- Interface between kitchen, restaurant, banquet and sales department
- Strategic management and development of the F&B departments in close consultation with the management with regard to key figures, budget and economic measures
- Manager-on-Duty
- Responsible for the Oracle Micros POS system including maintenance and servicing
- Direct reporting line to the management and very close cooperation
Requirements
- You have completed training and have professional experience in operational management in the F&B area of a seminar and congress hotel
- First experience as a manager necessary
- Very good wine knowledge / sommelier required
- You have a very good command of German and English
- Enjoy dealing with guests and passion for the profession as a host
- Excellent communication skills and cultivated manners
- good technical understanding (IT, conference technology, Office, Oracle Micros)
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team, commitment, sense of responsibility and reliability
- Training and support for your team are a matter of course for you
- High sense of quality and responsibility
- Analytical and economic thinking as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working
