These are your tasks:
You are responsible for the smooth running of the entire bar area and compliance with all standards
Carrying out a professional drinks and food service
Organizing and coordinating the employees in your area of responsibility
Implementation and further development of the bar offer
Evaluating trends and discontinued models
Responsibility for the mise en place
Maintaining cleanliness You and your team look after and advise our guests
Induction of apprentices and new colleagues Accounting with Micros Oracle Symphony
Requirements
What you should bring with you:
completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
You have already gained some experience in a comparable position
Very good knowledge of the beverage industry
a well-groomed appearance and exemplary manners
