Requirements
Your profile
- Professional experience: Mandatory: several years of experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in a 5-star hotel, award-winning kitchen or a Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Specialist knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience of preparing gourmet dishes to the highest standard.
- Commitment: Passion for excellent cuisine and the ambition to offer our guests an unforgettable culinary experience as an evening chef.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a high-altitude, exclusive location with special challenges.
- Ski/Snowboard: We are looking for a winter sports enthusiast for this position.
- Language skills
German

Offer
Your tasks
- Preparation of the evening menu: Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of the gourmet dishes in the evening service and the organization of the daily breakfast buffet (duty hours: 7-11:00/16-22 hrs). Mon/Thu free
- Quality assurance: Ensuring the highest quality standards in the kitchen.
- Mise en Place: Careful preparation of ingredients and work stations for a smooth evening service.
- Cooperation: Close cooperation with the kitchen team to ensure harmonious and efficient work in the kitchen.
- Hygiene and cleanliness: Adhering to strict hygiene regulations and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen, especially during and after service.
