Requirements
THAT'S YOU We place great value on a friendly and cooperative atmosphere within the team. As an experienced Chef de Partie in upscale gastronomy, you are already familiar with the daily work routine. You are characterized by versatility, resilience and openness to new ideas. You are also service and quality-oriented and have a passion for cooking. THESE ARE YOUR TASKS You are mainly responsible for the professional preparation of à la carte and evening menus and take responsibility for your own post. The economical and quality-conscious handling of all products and working materials is very important to us. You will also be responsible for organizing the mise en place. Your main focus will be on the day-to-day business, but you will also be involved in creating the evening menus for our hotel guests twice a week.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS AT A GLANCE For full-time employment from December 2023, a 6-day week with 48 hours is planned. The gross salary for a 48-hour week is at least € 3,400.
