Description
We are looking for a motivated Commis de Rang for our Hotel Alpenland in Obertauern from the end of November.
As Commis de Rang you will support our service team as part of our indulgent half-board. With high-quality dishes and perfectly matched wines, we create unforgettable moments of pleasure for our guests. We attach great importance to first-class service and look forward to motivated employees who share our passion for hospitality.
Requirements
You are motivated and enjoy working with guests. You are reliable and responsible and have already gained experience in the service sector. Friendliness, team spirit, fun at work and loyalty to the company are very important to us. We expect a well-groomed image, motivation, honesty and punctuality as well as a positive attitude to the job.
Your tasks:
- Carrying out the mise-en-place preparations
- Setting tables
- Performing food service
- Proper serving of food
- Filling and cleaning the buffets
- Welcoming and serving guests
- Secure knowledge of the menu
- Assume joint responsibility for a station
- Cleanliness in the restaurant and back office
