Requirements
- Friendly demeanor: Your smile should welcome our guests from the very first moment.
- Excellent communication skills: You can communicate clearly and friendly with guests, colleagues and suppliers.
- Organizational talent: You keep an overview even in stressful situations and ensure that everything runs smoothly at reception.
- Experience in the reception area: Ideally, you have already gained experience in the hotel industry or in guest service.
- Reliability: You are punctual and conscientious and ensure that all tasks are completed properly.
- Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
- Interest in the region: Enthusiasm for the alpine environment and the desire to give our guests the best tips for their stay.
