To strengthen our team, we are looking for a flexible, resilient and reliable chef (m/f/d) for our alpine restaurant!
We are looking for a creative and passionate chef for our newly acquired restaurant in the ski hotel DAS WISMEYER! If you have a talent for alpine à la carte cuisine and a flair for delicious half-board dishes, then you've come to the right place.
Requirements
- Managing the kitchen and developing a varied and innovative menu for our à la carte restaurant and half-board.
- Ensuring high quality and consistency of all dishes.
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling and hygiene compliance.
- Language skills
German
C2 (excellent knowledge)
- Work permit
