Our newly acquired hotel DAS WISMEYER in the Obertauern ski resort is looking for a dynamic restaurant manager for our alpine restaurant. You will manage our culinary centerpiece, which shines during the day as an à la carte restaurant and in the evening with delicious half-board.

Requirements
- Management experience: Proven experience in managing a restaurant, ideally in the hotel industry.
- Hospitality: Passion for excellent service and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Organizational talent: Skill in managing restaurant operations, staff scheduling and quality assurance.
- Creativity: Ability to develop and implement innovative gastronomic concepts that inspire our guests.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in dealing with guests and staff.
- Language skills: Good command of German and English, other languages an advantage.
