- Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests (check-in and check-out)
- Accompanying guests to their room
- Advise and inform guests about leisure activities
- Processing inquiries, fulfilling requests
- Daily correspondence
- Booking services on guest accounts and cash management
- Information hub between the various departments
Requirements

- excellent German and very good written and spoken English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
This would be an advantage:
- Experience in the 4* and 4*s hotel industry
- Tourism training
- Other foreign languages such as Italian or French
- Experience with the hotel software Elite and Reguest
