As a receptionist, you are not just a point of contact, but also a listener, facilitator and host with a heart, and with your eye for detail and flair for creating a good atmosphere, you ensure that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment.
Your tasks at a glance:
- Check-in & check-out with charm, an overview and genuine warmth
- Accompanying guests to their room - first impressions count
- Advice & information on leisure activities around Lake Achensee, mountains & nature
- Processing inquiries and fulfilling small and large guest requests
- Daily correspondence - in person, by telephone or by email
- Booking services to guest accounts and secure cash management
- You are the information hub between our departments and ensure that everything runs smoothly with your team spirit
Requirements
What we want from you - professionally strong & charming as a person
- You meet our guests and colleagues with a friendly, warm and open manner
- You enjoy contact with people - whether on the phone, by email or in person
- You create trust and a good atmosphere with your confident demeanor and communicative manner
- You have an excellent command of German and very good written and spoken English
- Confident handling of MS Office is a matter of course for you
What is an advantage - but not a must
- You have experience in the 4 or 4*s hotel industry
- Training in tourism is a plus
- Other foreign languages such as Italian or French are very welcome
- Ideally, you are already familiar with the Elite hotel software and the Reguest inquiry tool
