Description
- Co-responsibility for a smooth service process at the hotel bar
- Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails
- Personal and cordial care of all guests
- Co-designing the bar menu and contributing new ideas
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in accordance with hygiene standards during working hours
Requirements
- Charming and cordial manners
- Love for the role of host
- Confident demeanor - remain friendly and calm even in difficult situations
- Respectful treatment of fellow human beings and work materials
- Common sense & a structured way of thinking and working
- Very good technical knowledge
- Experience in the 4* and 4*s hotel industry
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
