Your tasks at a glance:
🍽️ Host with heart - you look after our guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner service and ensure an all-round successful restaurant experience.
🎯 Independent station management - you coordinate the process in your area and always keep an overview.
💳 Responsibility for billing - you ensure that all invoices are created and booked correctly
✨ Tidiness & cleanliness - together with the team, you ensure that the restaurant area is spotless
🗣️ Individual guest service & advice - you know our range of drinks and food and make expert recommendations.
🏆 Quality awareness - you keep our service standards high and actively contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements
What you bring with you:
🎓 Professional competence - completed vocational training in the hotel/catering industry or a comparable qualification.
🏨 Experience counts - ideally you have already worked in a similar position, preferably in the upscale hotel industry.
💡 Eye for detail - you recognize what our guests need before they know it themselves and value perfect service.
🗣️ Strong communication skills - you are fluent in German and ideally speak another foreign language.
🤝 Team spirit & flexibility - you enjoy working with others, remain confident even in stressful situations and lend a hand where you are needed.
✨ Professional appearance - your well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor make you a real host.
