For our team at the reception of the Gaspingerhof we are looking for dedicated reinforcement from mid-December - also for future seasons!
The Gaspingerhof is a 4-star superior resort in Gerlos, idyllically situated at 1,246 meters above sea level. As a traditional Tyrolean hotel, we combine an authentic Alpine lifestyle with modern comfort and create a place where our guests can recharge their batteries and actively slow down. What we expect from you:
- Completed training and professional experience at reception.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Competent check-in and check-out as well as a friendly demeanor.
- Support and advice for our guests with charm
- Confident handling of reception IT.
- Maintaining the database for registration and guest files.
- Preparation of daily menus, morning post, drinks and food menus.
- Dealing with correspondence in German and English via e-mail and telephone.
- Close cooperation with all departments in order to optimally fulfill guest wishes
- Self-confident appearance, excellent manners, motivation, punctuality and reliability
