Requirements
The area of the Gardemanger is quite extensive, as he processes all the goods used in the kitchen. The gardemanger not only prepares buffets for banquets and cold platters as well as salad buffets. Their main tasks include preparing fish, shellfish, crustaceans, poultry and game. They must also be able to make pâtés, terrines and starters. If you have completed your training and have professional experience in a comparable position, identify with your area of responsibility to the highest degree, and are creative, committed and highly quality-conscious, then you have come to the right place in our team!
