In order to keep our promise to our guests, we are looking for you: an experienced patissier Your responsibilities - Preparation of hot & cold desserts - international, local and regional preparation - Co-design and production of desserts, tarts, cakes and sweet treats for the daily afternoon snack - Work to the highest quality - Support the assigned area
Requirements
Your skills - Completed chef training with sound knowledge of food and products - Several years of professional experience in this or a similar position - Management experience in a similar position of at least 1 year - Knowledge of national and international cuisine - Highest quality standards and hygienic work in compliance with HACCP guidelines - Ability to work in a team, punctuality and resilience - Orderly, economical and independent way of working
