Description
Welcome to the Rindererhof team! We are looking for a young, qualified & motivated PATISSIER (f/m/d) to join our kitchen team with immediate effect or by arrangement:
- Management of the pâtisserie post
- Preparation, processing and serving of various desserts
- Production & preparation of dishes for menus, buffets, à la carte
- Daily preparation of the mise en place
- Collaboration in the planning, organization and coordination of kitchen processes at your post
- cooking with fresh, regional and seasonal products and foodstuffs
- Supporting the head chef to ensure a smooth workflow
- Checking stock levels and placing necessary orders in consultation with our head chef
- Compliance with hygiene regulations

Requirements

Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship training or tourism school degree with experience
- Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the upscale hotel industry
- Knowledge of regional, international and national cuisine
- Initiative and ability to contribute own ideas
- Awareness in the handling & use of goods
- high sense of responsibility & quality awareness
- Team player, sociable, flexible, able to work under pressure, able to communicate, able to deal with conflict & enjoy the job
- Well-groomed appearance
