Welcome to the Rindererhof team! We are looking for a young, qualified & motivated ENTREMETIER (f/m/d) to join our kitchen team with immediate effect or by arrangement:
- Supporting the chef for a smooth workflow
- Daily preparation of the mise en place
- Production & preparation of side dishes, soups and various appetizers
- Collaboration in the planning, organization and coordination of the kitchen processes at your post
- cooking with fresh, regional and seasonal products and foods
- Checking stock levels and placing orders as required in consultation with our head chef
- Compliance with hygiene regulations

Requirements

Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship training or tourism school degree with experience
- Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the upscale hotel industry
- Experience as a chef de partie
- Knowledge of regional, international and national cuisine
- Awareness in handling & use of goods
- high sense of responsibility & quality awareness
- Team player, sociable, flexible, able to work under pressure, good communicator, able to deal with conflict & enjoy the job
- Well-groomed appearance
- independent & autonomous way of working
- Language skills
