Sales & Account Manager (m/f/d) with focus on reservations and sales - part-time or full-time Sales employee (m/f/d)

You will be part of the reservations & sales team (vacation guests and corporate customers), but your focus will be on "active sales" by telephone! You love making phone calls and pro-actively contacting corporate clients.

These are your tasks...

Your daily focus:

• After sales service for past bookings and non-booked inquiries
• Making telephone contact with corporate customers you already know
• Visiting trade fairs

• Carrying out house tours

Part of the reservation team:

• Event planning and room sales for corporate and group enquiries
• Room sales for individual inquiries
• Best possible support for customers & guests on the phone and in written correspondence
• Organization and implementation of our guests' wishes in consultation with the relevant departments
• Maintaining and updating the customer and reservation database in Opera Cloud
• Handling all correspondence and filing correspondence
• Checking group reservations and option bookings
• Up- and cross-selling
• Compliance with the reservation standards and guidelines of Gut Brandlhof
• House tours
