We are looking for you as Chef de Rang in the hotel restaurant from the beginning or middle of December! Your tasks: You are responsible for your station in our a la carte restaurant in all matters Collaborate in the implementation and further development of the restaurant standards You look after and advise our guests with the support of your colleagues Instruct apprentices and trainees
Requirements
completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
You have already gained some experience in a comparable position
good knowledge of German and English
Knowledge of wine is an advantage
a well-groomed appearance and exemplary manners
Your flexibility, your ability to work under pressure, your creativity and your positive charisma round off your profile
