Requirements
The employee (MA) is solely responsible for the entire service and catering area of our hotel guests within the scope of the respective valid catering form as well as à la carte operation in the restaurant "9ers" including tavern/future Tiroler Stube and panorama terrace (for external guests) and the supervision of seminars and events. Together with the service team, the employee must meet the sales targets/budgeted sales, promote the sale of drinks and additional sales in order to achieve the best possible operating result without appearing intrusive to the guest. He plans the deployment of staff in accordance with budget targets or within the framework of legal regulations (in particular for apprentices and trainees). The employee monitors the quality of the service in accordance with the management's specifications and trains his/her employees regularly. In addition, he is responsible for compliance with the quality criteria for this area, compliance with the existing checklists for this catering area and the care of guests during meals. The employee monitors the proper handling of equipment, furniture and crockery/china by his staff, in particular breakage. This also includes the responsibility for a proper, clean and inviting impression of all guest rooms.
