What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the catering or hotel industry
• Professional experience in a management position
• excellent wine knowledge, sommelier an advantage
• Organizationstalent
• Team spirit and leadership skills
• Creativity and innovative spirit
• Languages: You have a very good command of German and English.

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the gastronomic area of our restaurants and bars
• Ensuring and further developing high quality standards in service
• Management, training and motivation of the entire catering team
• Creation and monitoring of duty rosters
• Planning and implementation of marketing and sales measures to increase turnover
